Choosing to See in a World of Shadows
For a long time, many of us have had the luxury of turning a blind eye. We heard whispers of “Pizza Gate” years ago; we saw headlines about the Epstein files and perhaps dismissed them as just another conspiracy theory.
But the truth is no longer hidden in the shadows. We are seeing evidence of an elite class that believes their wealth makes them untouchable. As a believer, I cannot stay silent when I know there are innocents—children and babies—being used as sacrifices to false gods.
If you have felt sick, angry, or even powerless lately, you aren’t alone. That weight you are feeling? That is the light of God exposing the darkness.
The Idol of Entertainment: Why I’m Boycotting Hollywood
We have to ask ourselves: What are we funding with our attention? When the news broke about the connections between major industry titans like Jay-Z and the Epstein files, the world reacted for a moment, and then… they forgot. We see artists performing what look like satanic rituals on global stages, and yet we keep buying the records.
I’ve made a hard choice: to the best of my ability, I am boycotting the worldly music industry. As followers of Christ, we are called to be set apart. We cannot be entertained by the very things that are destroying souls.
From Brokenness to a Miracle: My Personal Journey
I don’t say this as someone who has always been “perfect.” Far from it. If you knew me before I came to faith, you would know the miracle of my transformation. I was messed up, broken, and even dabbling in dark fetishes.
But Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life. He took my brokenness and gave me a new heart. I’ve been celibate for three years now—a change I never thought possible before Him. If He can do it for me, He can do it for anyone.
What Can We Do?
It’s easy to feel overwhelmed, but we are not without weapons.
- Pray for Exposure: We must pray for the full weight of God’s conviction to fall on the perpetrators.
- Repent and Turn: Repentance isn’t just a word; it’s a commitment to turn around and walk the other way.
- Use Your Voice: Whether you have a massive platform or just a small circle, stop turning a blind eye.
As the book of Micah warns, the Lord is coming out of His place to tread upon the high places of the earth. The mountains will melt like wax before Him. We must decide today which side we are standing on.
